Electric Bike Store is a subsidiary brand of Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. Users must follow the instructions and warnings contained on this page, in supplied videos and in manuals where supplied (online PDFs or print) for safety. Do not attempt to operate your bike, trike, or conversions system from Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. until you have adequate knowledge of its control and operation. Damage caused by failing to follow instructions is not covered under warranty, and it could result in dangerous situations, accidents, injury to you and others, damage to the bike, damage to property, injury, or death. Because it is impossible to anticipate every situation or condition that can occur while riding, Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. makes no representations about the safe use of bikes under all conditions. There are risks associated with the use of any bicycle or tricycle that cannot be predicted or avoided and are the sole responsibility of the rider and assume such risks.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Electric bikes ship flat-rate at $250 per bike.
  • Electric Trikes (excluding Liberty Trike) ship flat-rate at $250 per trike.
  • The Liberty Trike is a $40 flat rate.
  • We ship electric trikes and electric bikes to the Contiguous USA.
  • No International Shipping.

Electric trikes are shipped 100% assembled via freight with liftgate service. Where shipping applies, costs are shown during check-out.

Delivery Schedule & Processing Times: Lead times (the time it takes for your order to ship from our dock) is determined by stock status and current demand. Refer to individual product pages for expected "ship on or before" dates when ordering. Electric Bikes are in-stock and ready to ship the same day/next day most of the time. Some electric tricycle models require custom assembly and may have a slightly longer lead time. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address attached to the order once the order has shipped.

High Cost Surcharge Areas: We do reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge for shipments destined for certain service areas. These are charges above and beyond our normal shipping costs. We will do our best to inform you if your shipment will be subject to this additional cost by contacting you by telephone or email after your order has been placed, as soon as we are aware of the shipping surcharge.

Warranty

Limited Warranty
All electric bikes and electric trikes come with a one-year all-inclusive warranty covering every component from manufacturing defects. The warranty begins on the date of delivery, according to the tracking data provided by the shipping company. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

The Warranty Does Not Cover or Apply to the Following
Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner's manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed.

This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which any person has in any way altered. The Company will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. For electric-powered products, the seller or manufacturer confirms that such items' advertised speed and range are not guaranteed. They depend on the rider's weight, terrain, wind speed and direction, tire inflation, etc.

The warranty is limited to parts replacement during the warranty period. The warranty is not transferable. Warranty is not applicable outside of the 48 Contiguous United States. Parts or products must be returned to the Company. Labor costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner (customer).

Damage and Shortage Claim
Damage resulting from shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. The purchaser is responsible for notifying Company at the day of delivery and filing an insurance claim with the shipping company.

Any item that was received by the consignee (customer) without noting any damage/shortage on the delivery manifest is considered to be received without any damage/shortage.

Any item that was not returned for service within seven days from the date it was delivered was considered free of defect upon arrival.

Non-Merchantability (Usability), or Not as Described Claim
Company must be notified via email within seven days of delivery, and the customer must ask for a Return Authorization. Without such Authorization, the return will be refused. No such claim will be accepted after seven days.

Not-Received Claim
Company ships items via trackable shipping methods, and tracking numbers will be provided to customers upon request to locate items. Warranties are limited to the replacement of parts and/or products determined by the Company to be defective at its sole discretion.

In case the customer requests that the product be returned by company and no damage/shortage was noted on delivery manifest, and/or no claim was filed by customer, then customer agrees to pay for shipping and authorizes company to debit his/her account for such transaction.

These items are shipped and packed according to the freight company's policies. Therefore, it is the purchaser's responsibility to check the item before riding it and make adjustments if necessary.

The manufacturers of these products reserve their rights to modify, add or remove parts, add or remove features of the items according to their latest research and development without prior notice to the seller and customers.

Cancellations
Any order that has been processed will have a 6% processing fee. Any order that has been sent to packing will have the 15% packing and processing fee. Any order that has been shipped cannot be canceled. All cancellations and modifications to the original order must be made in writing.

Refused Items
Any order that has been shipped and refused by consignee will have the 25% restock fee and the actual published two-way shipping charges – even if the item was offered with the free promotional shipping. We do not guarantee on what day your item will arrive since it may go through multiple parties until it reaches you.

IMPORTANT
Batteries need to be stored fully charged and kept in a cool dry environment. They should be charged use and never stored for long periods of time empty or without maintenance charging. Batteries damaged due to a lack of maintenance charging are not covered under warranty.

Warranties are limited to replacement of parts and/or products determined by Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. at its sole discretion, to be defective.

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover or Apply to the Following
Normal wear and tear; any damage, failure and/or loss caused by accident, shipping, misuse, neglect, abuse and/or failure to follow instructions or warnings as stated on the product or in the applicable owner’s manual or other printed materials provided with the product; damage, failure and/or loss caused by the use of the product for stunt riding, ramp jumping, competition, off-road use, acrobatics, trick riding or other similar activities, or use in any other manner for which such products were not specifically designed.

This warranty does not apply to any products or components, mechanical and/or electrical, which have in any way been altered from their original configuration by any person. Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure, or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.

Rentals, Commercial Use & Non-Authorized or 3rd Party Sellers
The Electric Bike Technologies Warranty does not cover or apply to any Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. product used for rental or commercial purposes unless the specific product is designated, labeled or marketed by Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. as acceptable for rental or commercial use. The Electric Bike Technologies Warranty does not cover or apply to any Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. product sold by a non-authorized reseller or retailer.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Those parts and/or products which are determined by Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. to be defective and to qualify for warranty replacement will be provided at no charge, only after a valid warranty claim is processed by Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. customer service department. Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser by contacting the Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. customer service call center at phone number,1-800-215-1976 within the warranty period (stated above). Shipping and handling fees will apply to all orders placed for warranty parts and/or products and will be invoiced to the customer/warranty claimant at the time said parts and/or products are shipped from Electric Bike Technologies, Inc.

Electric Bike Technologies, Inc., at its sole discretion, has the option of replacing with a new part, or factory re-certified part. The Limited Warranty stated herein is in lieu of and expressly excludes all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any warranties for merchantability and/or fitness for any particular purpose. Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. shall in no event be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential losses, damages, or expenses in connection with their products. The liability of Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods complying with this warranty or at the sole discretion of Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. to the repayment of an amount equivalent to the purchase price of the product in question.

International Sales

Warranty does not extend to international customers or domestic customers that have taken their Electric Trike abroad. Regardless of defects in materials or workmanship, Electric Bike Technologies, Inc., will not cover the cost of replacement parts, shipping, or repairs outside of the 48 continental United States. All sales outside the contiguous USA are final and not subject to our return policy.

Returns

Electric Bikes:

  • No returns after 21 days of receiving
  • The electric bike must be packaged in the same condition as the customer received it: unused, dirt, and dust-free to be eligible for a return
  • Box must be sealed and unopened
  • Customer pays $175 shipping fee (this is withheld from refund)
  • Subject to up to a 20% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund)

Electric Tricycles:

  • No returns after 21 days of receiving
  • The electric trike must be packaged in the same condition as the customer received it: unused, dirt, and dust-free to be eligible for a return
  • Box must be sealed and unopened
  • Customer pays $500 shipping fee (this is withheld from refund)
  • Subject to up to a 20% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund)

Accessory/Replacement Part Orders:

  • No returns after 30 days of receiving
  • The accessory must be packaged in the same condition as the customer received it: unused, dirt, and dust-free to be eligible for a return
  • Subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Customer pays shipping both ways

Used Items:
No returns, except in extreme cases of breakage/malfunction

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gifted Orders

All returns for repair or replacement should be preceded by contacting Electric Bike Technologies, Inc. for approval. Upon approval, a service ticket will be opened to track and communicate the claim, service, or return progress.

Please Note all shipping charges related to returns or repairs covered under warranty are the buyer's responsibility.

Credit Card Refunds will be processed within two days of receiving the returned merchandise. Please allow 3-6 business days from the time a refund is issued for the credit to appear on your credit card.

Refund Check Policy
Any type of refunds, including but not limited to cancellations, refused items, etc. A company check will be made in 14 days from the date the item is received back in our warehouse. If the product does not leave our warehouse, it will also be 14 days to issue the refunds.

Delivery Schedule & Processing Times
We assemble and ship your electric trike as soon as possible. We will normally ship accessory orders within a day or two and fully assembled trikes within 10 business days but this can vary depending on current supply, other orders and time of year. Your order may take up to 12-14 hours to populate. New orders are entered each business day morning EST by our staff. For online orders, your order number will start with EBK, ET, LT, or EBS.
